It is injected with an inherently dissipative polymer (IDP) agent, which, when fused with ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) material, creates a tight mesh structure. This ensures that the keyboard retains its anti-static properties throughout its entire lifespan.



The ESD Safe Keyboard is a perfect companion for computers operating in ESD areas within electronics manufacturing, semi-conductors, PCS, LCD, SMT, and any other location where static electricity is a concern. It is a plug and play USB keyboard with 108 keys, making it convenient and easy to use.



Our ESD Safe Keyboard boasts surface resistances ranging from 10^5 to 10^9 Ohms, further emphasizing its effectiveness in preventing static buildup and discharge. By incorporating our ESD Safe Keyboard into your workspace, you can help create an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA), an essential measure in controlling static damage during manufacturing processes.



To establish an EPA, it is crucial to replace unnecessary insulators (such as plastic) with anti-static products. Our ESD Safe Keyboard, made with an Inherently Dissipative Polymer (IDP) agent, ensures long-lasting anti-static properties, thereby mitigating the risk of static damage.
