Anti-static hollow board box

This box is manufactured from polypropylene (PP) copolymer with integrated conductive filaments

or coated with a permanent anti-static layer. It features a hollow twin-wall structure that provides excellent strength-to-weight ratio,

 durability, and cushioning properties.

Key Features:

Material Properties:

Surface Resistance: Typically ranges from 10⁶ to 10⁹ Ohms/sq, ensuring static dissipation and preventing electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage.

Static Decay: Meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 or MIL-STD-3010 standards for static decay time.

Lightweight: The hollow structure makes it significantly lighter than solid plastic or wooden containers.

Structural Design:

High Impact Resistance: Durable enough to withstand repeated use in industrial environments.

Chemical Resistance: Resistant to grease, oils, and many aggressive chemicals.

Moisture Resistant: Non-hygroscopic material prevents warping or degradation in humid conditions.

Customization:

Available in various colors (commonly black for anti-static properties).

Can be customized with ESD-safe foam, dividers, or conductive corrugated inserts for component protection.

Printable surface for logos, barcodes, or handling instructions.

Applications / Scope of Use :

Electronics Manufacturing: Ideal for transporting and storing PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), ICs, hard drives, and sensitive electronic components.

Automotive Industry: Used for the supply of parts to assembly lines where static sensitivity or dust protection is required.

Cleanroom Environments: Suitable for Class 100 to Class 1000 cleanrooms due to their non-shedding properties.

Supply Chain & Logistics: Used in the transfer of sensitive assemblies between factories or suppliers.

Storage: Stackable design for efficient warehouse storage of ESD-sensitive items.
