Clean Black ESD latex powder-free finger cots

I wanted to bring to your attention our Clean Black ESD latex powder-free finger cots. These finger cots are produced using 98% natural rubber within a Class 100 clean room environment.

With a thickness of 4 mil and a length of 2.75 inches, our finger cots guarantee a consistent level of conductivity and are deemed safe for use in Class 100+ cleanroom applications. They have been specifically designed for compatibility with Class 1 Category A (<100V) static sensitive electronic devices and comply with ASTM 3772 requirements, ensuring their quality consistency.

To ensure the utmost quality and prevent excessive chlorides, we regularly monitor and control the chlorine levels of our powder-free finger cots. Their average surface resistivity ranges between 10(7) to 10(9) ohms/square, meeting the reference ASTM D 257. Furthermore, they boast an average tensile strength of 550kg/cm2.

Other notable features of our finger cots include compatibility with Iso5 Class 100 cleanrooms, availability in medium, large size and packaging consisting of 720 pieces per bag, with 20 bags per case. They are also completely powder-free.

We take pride in the fact that our finger cots are not only ASTM-D 257 compliant, but also highly suitable for electronics manufacturing purposes.
