Features Of ESD Heat Resistance Rubber Mat

1) Thickness:2mm

2mm thickness,top layer is dissipative layer,the thickness is 0.5mm.

Bottom layer is conductive black layer,thickness 1.5mm.

The tolerance of the thickness is within ±5%,the thickness is 2mm ±5%（1.9mm-2.1mm).

2) ESD Properties:

The top surface resistance is 10E6-10E8.

The bottom black layer resistance is 10E3-10E5

The ESD Properties is relatively stable.

3)the temperature resistance:

200℃-250℃ is slight discolored,300 ℃ starts to left a burn mark.Below is our latest testing result of the temperature resistance.

4) As it adopt the high quality rubber material which has stable anti-static electrostatic performance and the color is stable too.
