The Anti-Static ESD Safe Pens, which are perfect for use in static controlled manufacturing facilities. If you work in an ESD protected area or any controlled environment where static generation is a concern, these pens are an essential tool to prevent static damage.

One of the key features of our ESD Safe Pens is that they do not tribo-charge, ensuring that static buildup is minimized during usage. Additionally, these pens are printed with a yellow ESD symbol, serving as a visual indication of their compliance with industry standards.

The pen body color is black, providing an elegant and professional appearance, while the refill comes in three options: black, blue, and red, allowing for versatile usage.

Our ESD Safe Pens have a surface resistance ranging from 10E6 to 10E9 Ohms. This ensures efficient dissipation of static charges, and with a friction voltage of less than 100V, the risk of static discharge is significantly reduced.

Furthermore, the static decay time of our pens, which is measured at 1000V/100V, is less than 1.0S, making them highly effective in quickly dissipating any static charges.

As a crucial step in controlling static damage in manufacturing, it is important to create an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA). Within this area, it is necessary to remove all unnecessary insulators, such as plastic, and replace them with anti-static products.
