Where do you use the Conductive Grid Tapes?

Conductive Grid Tapes, which are three-layer tapes specifically designed for various applications. These tapes consist of a conductive grid buried between two static dissipating co-polymer substrates, providing an anti-static non-sparking surface both inside and outside the tape. One of its key features is that it will not shed, crack, chip or rub off.

Our Conductive Grid Tapes are available on 3" cores, making them convenient and easy to use. Here are some of the applications where these tapes can be utilized:

1. Packaging requiring EMI Shielding: These tapes are perfect for packaging that requires electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding. They provide a reliable solution to protect sensitive electronic components from EMI.

2. Sealing ESD packaging and containers: ESD (electrostatic discharge) packaging and containers need to be sealed properly in order to prevent any static charge buildup. Our Conductive Grid Tapes are ideal for this purpose, ensuring the safe handling and transportation of ESD-sensitive items.

3. Secure (bundle) IC DIP tubes: IC DIP tubes often need to be securely bundled together during shipping or storage. These tapes offer an excellent solution, ensuring that the tubes stay in place and are protected against static discharge.

4. Tape dispensing: Our Conductive Grid Tapes are designed to effectively reduce the voltage generated when unrolling tape to zero. This feature eliminates any potential hazards associated with static charges during the tape dispensing process.

Moreover, these tapes can also be utilized as ESD symbols, serving as a visual reminder and promoting ESD awareness in your workplace.

We believe that our Conductive Grid Tapes will be a valuable addition to your operations. Should you have any further questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We would be more than happy to assist you.
